We are not defined by our circumstance, not unless we give in and let them. Circumstances therefore never determine who we are, but reveal who we are. In this week's episode I speak to the inspirational Katie Murphy who is living with CF ( Cystic Fibrosis) Rather than let her condition thoroughly dictate her life, Katie decided to focus on what she could control in her life and is living proof as to why your circumstances don't define you & why with the right mindset you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
