Does your mind sometimes, or all the time feel overloaded with everything your need to do or remember? Do you always feel 'on',  struggle with switching off and wish you could find a solution or get some help?

Work, kids, friends, family, remembering to take the dinner out of the freezer, sending a card for your aunts birthday, giving the dog his flea tablet and on and on it goes.
